Part numbers applied to instrument valves change to designate the valves’ sizes in sixteenths of an inch. For example, 1/4”NPT = 4/16 = 4.

A new revision of label in yellow color is used to identify the new coding system for instrument valves.

HBNV valves with graphite packings for high temperature application are available. Maximum resistance to temperature at 450℃.
