OVERVIEW

The valve manifolds are available in 316 stainless steel; PTFE is the standard packing material.  The flow through a Vee-Lok manifold is controlled by a series of stainless steel needle valves.  5VM01S offers two isolate valves, two equalize valves and one vent valve. The 5 valve manifold is standard with 2 X 1/2” inlet and 2 X 1/2” outlet all on 54mm instrument centers and used in differential pressure transmitters and static instrument applications.

FEATURES

• The valves are designed for mounting on differential pressure transmitters or gauges with a calibration facility.
• To help in identification, the bonnets are color coded as follows:
  Blue = isolate
  Green = equalize
  Red = vent
• The valves are designed in horizontal body style and in 1/2” NPT female ends. 
• Body to bonnet seal is metal to metal in constant compression, creating a reliable seal point to eliminate possible tensile breakage of bonnet and isolate the bonnet threads from process fluid corrosion.
• Dust caps are fitted to contain stem lubricant and prevent the ingress of contaminants.
• The stem thread are rolled and lubricated to prevent galling and reduce operating torque.
• All bonnets are assembled with a locking pin to prevent accidental removal while in service.
• The valves feature safety back seating to ensure a secondary stem seal.
• All valves are hydrostatically tested to 1.5 times maximum working pressure prior to shipment.
• The valves are heat code traceable.
